Make the Atlas Zipper Case—the perfect quilted organizer to keep your essentials neat and contained. Inside, you’ll find two large slip pockets, one roomy zipper pocket, and two smaller zipper pockets—ideal for sewing supplies, electronics, jewelry, makeup, or everyday items. The exterior zips all the way around to keep everything safe and secure. You’ll leave class with a finished case and the skills to create more at home.

  • Copy of Atlas Zipper Case pattern by Center Street Quilts

  • Fat Quarter for Main Fabric

  • Fat Quarter for Accent Fabric

  • 1/2 yd for Lining

  • ½ yd quilting cotton for binding fabric

  • 18" x 24" piece of byAnnies Soft & Stable Foam stabilizer

  • 10" x 15" piece of 12 or 16" gauge vinyl 

  • 1 - 30" nylon zipper and 3 - 10" nylon zippers OR 3 yards of #5 zipper by yard with 4 coordinating pulls

  • Optional: tags, ribbons, trim, or accents to personalize your case

  • Sewing machine in good working order (one available to rent for $20; must reserve in advance)

  • Zipper foot for your sewing machine

  • 50 wt polyester thread

  • Fabric scissors

  • Rotary cutter

  • Stiletto (optional but useful)

  • Fabric clips

  • Pins

  • byAnnie's Basting Tape

Cancellation Policy

I totally understand that schedules can get a little wild sometimes! If something comes up and you can’t make it to class, here’s how I handle cancellations:

  • More than 72 hours before class: No worries at all—I'm happy to either move you to a future session or give you a full refund.
  • Less than 72 hours before class starts: Let me know as soon as you can. If I’m able to fill your spot, I’ll gladly move you to another date or issue you store credit to use later.
  • No-show with no notice: Your class fee will be forfeited. I know that’s a bummer, but I’ve already planned, prepped, and paid for your spot—kind of like buying a concert ticket. If you can’t make it and give me a heads up, there’s a much better chance I can help!
